1962 Gevrey-Chambertin Clos St Jacques, Rousseau: Garnet core. A mature and elegant nose of dried rose petals, dried raspberry, coriander, earthy, leather, liquorice, coffee and smokey notes with just a hint of soya sauce and some caramel nuance.
